Your first orthodontic consultation is complimentary.  On this visit you will meet with the doctor and she will do a thorough examination of you or your child’s dentition and orthodontic needs.  She will evaluate if treatment is needed right away or if is better to wait a few months and re-evaluate you or your child again. You will be offered the different types of treatment available for your specific situation and will be given an approximate length of treatment time.

If treatment is advised then records will be recommended.  This means taking two digital x-rays: a panoramic and cephalometric x-ray, a set of facial and dental pictures and a set of impressions for models.  Then you will be given an appointment to discuss your treatment plan in detail along with treatment options and to start your treatment.

To expedite your orthodontic experience please download the following patient forms: 1. Under 18 Medical History (insurance form)OR 2. Adult Medical History (insurance form).

You can either e-fax them to us 915-990-3883, email them to or drop them by the office before your first initial exam/appointment.
